AVL List GmbH, the world's leading company for the development, simulation and testing of drive systems, is building a new Shared Service Center in Hungary. 

Hungarian candidates with very good German language skills
Do you live in the greater Budapest area and have a very good knowledge of German (at least B2) and English skills (at least B1)? • Execution of the preparatory monthly payroll processes for payroll accounting for our Austrian locations
• Support for a smooth end-to-end payroll process
• Maintain and manage changes in the employee lifecycle (entry, transfer, etc.)
• First point of contact to answer simple questions from our employees about their payslips and expense reports
• Preparation of reports and evaluations
• Close cooperation with internal HR interfaces as well as accounting and controlling in Austria
• Support in ensuring a smooth billing process
• Participation in projects for process improvement and digitization in the Shared Service Center

• Relevant previous experience as a payroll accountant (knowledge of Austrian regulations is an advantage)
• Completed commercial training (high school diploma, vocational school or comparable) and specialist examination in payroll accounting
• Confident handling of MS Office
• ideally experience with SAP HCM
• Very good written and spoken German skills (at least B2+), good knowledge of English
• Accuracy, reliability and a high sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of teamwork in a structured, service-oriented environment
