Payroll SpecialistA long-established and reputable boutique international fiduciary firm based in Geneva. Serving primarily expatriate corporate and private clients, the firm provides services including payroll, accounting, trusts, corporate advisory, and personal taxation. You will join a close-knit, busy, and collaborative team in centrally located Geneva (Rive Droite - withinminutes walking distance to Gare Cornavin), offering strong exposure to Swiss payroll and compliance matters within an international client base.Payroll SpecialistFor this fiduciary, we are seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our client companies. This role is operational in nature and focuses on accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and direct client liaison. The position is part-time to full-time (60-80%), with flexibility depending on experience and seniority. The role is fully office-based in Geneva (no home office). You will join a collegial, close-knit team in a friendly and collaborative working environment.- Manage full payroll cycles for multiple client companies, including salaries, bonuses, overtime, and statutory deductions- Collect, verify, and process payroll inputs (hours, leave, allowances)- Ensure compliance with Swiss federal and cantonal regulations (Geneva-specific knowledge highly desirable)- Prepare and submit social security and tax filings related to payroll- Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting for compliance purposes- Act as a primary point of contact for client payroll queries and issues- Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to resolve payroll discrepancies- Audit payroll data before processing and implement corrections as needed- Generate payroll reports and summaries for clients and internal stakeholders- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and increase operational efficiencyyears++ of practical payroll experience, ideally in a fiduciary or corporate environment- Strong knowledge of Swiss payroll regulations, social security, and statutory requirements- Comfortable liaising directly with clients and authorities- Experience with Abacus payroll system a must; GIT a plus- Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills- Strong Microsoft Office skills- Fluent in English and French (B2 or above)- Based in the Geneva area (frontaliers acceptable) with valid Swiss work authorization- Fully office-based role (no remote work) - part-time (or full-time to be discussed) jid624221bpn jit0209pn jiy26pn
