Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly payroll for Charles River Laboratories Hungary and any subsidiaries or associated companies in line with pre-determined reporting dates.
- Experience of working in multi-national organisation with regional or global payroll departments
- Maintenance of salary records
- Provide backup with all other payroll tasks
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Ad hoc payroll related requests and submissions
- General administration tasks
Requirements
- Hungarian and English language required
- Experience of working in multi-national organisation with regional or global payroll departments
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation (Hungarian Labour Law, Social Security, Tax)
- IT proficient – particularly fluent in excel, word and PowerPoint; PowerBI (preferred)
- Continuous improvement mindset;
- Ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven and evolving environment.
- Good Stakeholder management
Nice-to-have
- Experience with ADP Global view platform and Celergo
- Experience with Nexon Software
- Proven track record operating within an outsourced payroll model
- Experience of operating within a centralized payroll function supporting EMEA
- Language skills
- Understanding of SOX controls
