Responsibilities

What you’ll do
Partnerships & institutional growth (primary focus)

Key account for institutional clients, coordinate incoming partnership requests and translate institutional needs into concrete training proposals
Oversee the delivery of customised institutional offering (e.g. webinars, simulations, group access) by aligning internal resources
Maintain clear, professional, and well-documented partner communication using internal CRM tools and shared workflows
Build long-term relationships with partners by ensuring a reliable and high-quality collaboration experience
Identify, approach, and develop new institutional partners across EU institutions, government ministries, and permanent representations
Proactively manage sales outreach and partnership conversations, presenting EU Training’s offerings and value proposition to decision-makers

Training operations & coordination (supporting role)

Ensure the smooth administrative operation of 20–50 online and in-person training sessions per month, in cooperation with the Operations team
Handle training-related queries via a ticketing system
Confirm and cancel training sessions as needed
Manage session logistics
Send and automate training communications
Manage training sessions on the website
Share operational insights and recurring issues with the COO to support process and product improvements

Requirements

Who you are

Experienced in partnership management, business development, account management, or operational coordination, ideally in an international, public-sector, or education/training environment
Comfortable with outreach and sales conversations, including initiating contact and following up with institutional stakeholders
Highly organised and capable of balancing partnership development with operational responsibilities
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional EU languages are a strong advantage
Confident using digital tools (CRM systems, ticketing tools, Zoom, websites, automation platforms)
Interested in (or willing to learn about) EPSO competitions and EU recruitment processes
Professional, proactive, and confident when working with senior institutional contacts
Preference for candidates located in Budapest but it is not a requirement

What we offer

We are hiring a Partnerships & Training Operations Manager to lead the development of our institutional partnerships while ensuring the smooth operational delivery of our training programmes. This role is primarily focused on partnership building and outreach, supported by light but critical ownership of training coordination.

You will work in close cooperation with the Operations team and the COO, acting as a key link between institutional partners, trainers, and internal systems. The role is based on European business hours.
