We are looking for you as a

P&O Business Partner f/m/d

Your tasks:

  • You support and accompany managers in the implementation of the strategic and P&O goals of the respective units by applying relevant P&O tools
  • You are a partner to our managers along the entire employee life cycle - from recruitment and talent development to training and the application of change management methods
  • You work together with our team on projects and implement global measures in your area
  • You regularly take part in meetings of the units you are responsible for and are in constant communication with managers
  • You are the first point of contact for employees and managers in all HR-related matters and are jointly responsible for all operational P&O activities

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR , advantage as BP Partner
  • Good knowledge MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook), good in English
  • Experience in an international company is a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, team player, with initiatives and some product development vision
  • Good communication and negotiations skills
  • Good analytical skills and excellent time management
     

Your skills and competencies:

  • Knowledge of BG labour law
  • Fluent in English language (minimum level B2)
  • Experience in SAP will be considered an advantage
  • Great communication skills

  • Responsible, responsive, reliable, and well organized
