Responsibilities

What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full order-to-invoice cycle
- Register and manage orders in internal systems (SAP, Salesforce)
- Gather information from cross-functional teams and provide customers with accurate updates
- Resolve issues related to delivery timing, product availability, and order changes
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and credit policies
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and excellent service delivery

Requirements

What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce is an advantage
- Ability to follow end‑to‑end processes and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent English skills
- Spanish is an advantage

What we offer

Working Hours & Work Model
- Hybrid setup: 2 days office / 3 days home office per week
- US team shifts: between 14:00 and 00:00
