Order management specialist (B2B) – Polish speaking [BC-BPOMSP25]

Our client is a globally well-knowned & prestigious company that works in the Energy sector. Their Hungarian operations are mainly located in Budapest, employing more than 2,500 people. The Polish team is currently looking for a new colleague as part of their ongoing expansion.

• Managing the order handling process for internal customers
• Maintaining customer and material master data in internal systems
• Tracking and processing customer orders end-to-end
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests from start to resolution
• Communicating with clients mainly via email, with occasional phone calls
• Supporting billing processes and collaborating with the finance team
• Ensuring a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience at all times

• English & Polish language knowledge on negotiation level
• Comprehensive computer skills (MS Office)
• Proactive mindset
• Good communication skill

• Bachelor's degree
• Professional experience in customer service or order management functions
