Job description:
Job Summary
We are seeking Operations Technician to support a 24/7 on-site monitoring operation for a manufacturing facility in Debrecen, Hungary.
The role serves as the first-level monitoring and incident response point, responsible for real-time system monitoring, alarm handling, ticket coordination, call response, and operational reporting. This position requires strong attention to detail, good technical understanding, and fluent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Perform 24/7 real-time monitoring of systems via monitoring platforms.
Continuously track system status, alarms, and operational indicators.
Ensure uninterrupted monitoring coverage according to shift schedules.
Receive and respond to system alarms according to defined priority levels.
Perform initial assessment, escalation, notification, and documentation within required response times.
Dispatch and track work orders through the ticketing system.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all operational documentation.
Follow all site procedures, operational guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
Comply with EU and Hungarian regulations, including GDPR and information security policies.

Shift & Staffing Model

24 hours / 7 days / 365 days operation
Shift-based schedule (e.g. rotating shifts)
One technician per shift

Requirements

Requirements

Comfortable working with monitoring systems, IT interfaces, and ticketing tools.
Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
Eligible to work legally in Hungary (EU citizen or valid work & residence permit).
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
High sense of responsibility, reliability, and confidentiality.
Proficient in standard computer operations and documentation.
Strong ability to follow procedures and handle repetitive, high-responsibility tasks.
