WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As an Online Department Manager you, and your team colleagues play an important role to ensure correct operation and processes of Online area which contributes to a high satisfaction from the stores and customers side
- You will manage to ensure the right amount of skilled, dedicated, loyal, effective employees and work by JYSK values.
- In your daily work you will ensure the availability of functional description on all levels as well as maintain the safe and right work environment.
- You will secure the damage free pallet and product movement, preparing order, correct and optimal flow of consolidation, wrapping, replenish.
- With your team leaders you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the responsible area to ensure the highest efficiency and secure the right usage of equipment, machines, and systems by the relevant employees.
- You will work closely together with the other departments to have as optimal operation of DCE as possible using synergies of the departments.
- You will work and manage the responsible area in the direction of reaching the targeted performance indicator numbers.
- With your team you secure to use as less cost as possible in line with budget and objectives.
- As department manager you will ensure motivated, engaged and skilled employees with focus on pipeline development.
- You provide a clear understanding of the tasks, responsibilities, competencies and manage the subordinate team, motivate, evaluate and develop individuals accordingly.
- You will secure the necessary education and development of all employee in the department.
- Part of your duty is to coordinate the staff resource within the department of the responsible area.
- You ensure the right communication within the responsible team and with other departments, stakeholders of DCE.
- You make sure the information is cascaded to all level of the organization, you and team leaders tell, listen and act lead by JYSK values.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
- Relevant studies and ideally have 2-3 years of similar experience in warehouse management including managing group of people (30+ warehouse workers)
- Previous experience in working with warehouse management system
- Understanding of KPIs, can link actions to goals
- Proven track record with leadership and creating team spirit through high energy and motivation
- The skill to develop staff and secure best practice in the department
- The ability to analyze quickly situations, react with urgency and take the responsibility
- The ability to plan and prioritize work independently
- Role model attitude and natural skill to take the lead in all situations
- Assertive communication skills, able to give over message to different skilled employees
- Ability work in team but are able making independent decisions in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to develop yourself and the drive and ambition to make a career
- Very good command of written and verbal English and Hungarian
- Very good computer literacy (MS Office, WMS, ERP)
