WHAT YOU WILL NEED

University, or collage degree (preferably in the field of economy)
Communication level of English (both written and oral)
PC skills (MS office) - confident knowledge
Experience with the coordination of digital marketing / creative materials is preferred
A passion for Digital and eCommerce
Team-player
Planning, analytical and organizing skill
Good communication skills - (written and verbal)
Well organized, proactive person
Ability to prioritize
Self-starter, desire to learn and gain new skills beyond immediate role

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT

I'm at the forefront of the business - the foundation of how we deliver for Customers and Colleagues every day.

Responsible for managing content and communication, across our website and/or direct to customer communication channels (mostly email marketing, but also SMS, Push notification)
Manage the delivery of seasonal and trade events on our website and application, partnering with Proposition and Operations teams
Support the delivery of Local Digital performance Marketing projects, across a wide range of areas including Creative and Online Advertising (e.g. New Store openings, Social Media, Google, Facebook, eCoupons)
Identify opportunities to improve and optimize Customer Experience and website conversion e.g. Search, Content, Event Zones, customer navigation, using our analytics platforms to inform decision making and optimizations.
Cooperate with Key Suppliers in order to deliver joint eCommerce campaign activities, including new product launches, brand campaigns and trade campaigns.
Where required, support the management of website operational processes including availability, range management, stock levels and translations.
Work cross functionally with the wider Online Business department, taking the opportunity to grow and develop your knowledge across different Digital and eCommerce areas.
