Responsibilities

Writing documents
Writing emails
Maintaining spreadsheets
Data entry into internal office and human resources software
Supporting payroll administration
Managing office petty cash
Liaising with office vendors
Delivering documents to post office, accountant and state offices
Handling reception of guests to office
Handling plants, fruits, coffee, etc.
Working under the supervision of the COO
Liaising with accountants, team members, and project managers as needed

Requirements

Precise person with great attention to detail
Excellent computer skills: Google Spreadsheet, Excel, Word, e-mail software
Intermediate English, native or advanced Hungarian
Able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills
Proactive, problem solving attitude
Positive mindset

Nice-to-have

Relevant experience as office assistant, Accounting studies/experience, Experience with information systems such as SAP, Experience with Hungarian payroll administration, Relevant university/college degree and/or experience
