Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Organize office operations from an administrative perspective.
  • Manage electronic document workflows, including all incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls, and general company e-mails.
  • Maintain a high-level service standard at the reception, ensuring the company’s image is upheld.
  • Oversee the smooth functioning of the shared office area, coordinating with building administration and security.
  • Support the organization of team-building events.
  • Order office supplies and corporate hospitality items as needed.
  • Manage relationships with courier companies, post services, and verify invoices.
  • Collaborate with service providers, institutions, and company partners.
  • Check and close customer invoices in the company ERP system.
  • Register supplier invoices and perform reconciliations.
  • Enter bank statements into the ERP system.
  • Actively participate in month-end, quarterly and annual financial closing processes.
  • Support audit processes and communications.
  • Perform other ad-hoc financial and accounting tasks as required.
