Norwegian speaking IT Support Associate

For our office in Budapest, Hungary we are hiring Norwegian speaking IT Support Associates to assist our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Act as first point of contact for our customers, resolving technical issues of our clients
• Handling end-user calls and web queries via tools, phone and email
• Documentation and precise administration, logging of calls on the ticketing tool
• Delegation of problems which cannot be resolved on first level to the competent Level 2 teams
• Keep the user informed, own and follow-up ongoing cases
• Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level

• have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian (C1/C2) and at least upper-intermediate English
• have experience in IT Support or non-technical Customer Support roles
• have High School degree
• have desire to learn - no IT background required, training will provide the necessary technical knowledge
• are open to work in shifts
• have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
• are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
