Responsibilities

Support of network infrastructure
Operation and maintenance of a Cisco based infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall, wireless and identity management)
Troubleshooting
Support of IT processes (Inicdent, service requests and problem management).

Requirements

2 years experience in similar environment
Knowledge of Cisco devices
Up-to-date network knowledge
Confident communication skills in Hungarian and English
Distinct personality
Customer oriented approach, good communication skills
Good problem solving skills
Routine in documentation
Flexibility, resiliency

Nice-to-have

CCNA qualification
German language skills
Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 based IT operation model
Experience with a scripting language (Powershell, Bash, Python)
