Responsibilities

Would you enjoy training and helping your colleagues to develop and to reach their proficiency?
Join our Training organization today and help us to implement all the cool packing equipment that enables us to make many kids around the world happy and smiling!

Core Responsibilities

  • Organizing trainings for final pack area and reporting their effectiveness
  • Participating in global and local final pack related projects
  • Development of local and global trainers' professional knowledge and teaching skills
  • Ensuring the training concept and implementation between different shifts based on discussion with the area manager
  • Ensuring the flow of information between the training organization and related areas and functions
  • Responsible for the quality, precise detail level and accuracy in training documentation with focus on according to the global and local requirements and standards, in collaboration with stakeholders (Engineering, Production, QA, EHS)
  • Participate improvement, productivity projects and audits
  • Continuous contact with other manufacturing sites

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the processes in the Final pack area is a plus
  • Proficiency in English AND Hungarian
  • Ability to see opportunities and to challenge with holistic view
  • Good organizational, problem-solving skills
  • Teammate mentality and good communication skills
  • Ability to connect with partners from various levels of the organization
  • Strong ownership and project management
  • Teaching and educational experience would be a nice to have
  • Out of the box thinking – finding alternatives and innovative solutions
  • Preferable knowledge of SAP / COMBI system
