Master Data Analyst

• Conduct data quality assessments and audits across enterprise systems, primarily focusing on financial master data.
• Identify, document, and coordinate the resolution of data quality issues with business stakeholders, IT, and master data teams.
• Monitor data quality trends and maintain data reporting dashboards to ensure visibility of key quality metrics.
• Support the implementation of data governance policies, standards, and stewardship practices across assigned systems.
• Prepare audit reports, communicate findings, and track remediation activities to ensure continuous improvement.

• At least 3 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Experience performing data quality assessments, audits, or data validation activities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams.
