Responsibilities

Utilize a high understanding of the overall automobile manufacturing process to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational objectives.
Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to increase quality and productivity is being driven.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the production environment.
Ensures that production targets are being set and budget planning is being supported.
Implement and maintain production schedules, coordinating with other departments to meet production targets.
Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and delays.
Ensures that production performance is being monitored against targets and objectives as well as corrective actions as necessary are being taken.
Operates the performance evaluation system for the manufacturing site.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
10~15 years of related experience
Experience in manufacturing motors for automotive, industrial or home appliance is advantageous
Previous experience in organizational management is preferred
High understanding of the overall automobile manufacturing process, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and leadership experience
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
