Responsibilities

Expert guidance on Reward policies, frameworks, governance requirements and decision principles
Support for HR teams and leaders in applying Reward principles and making informed, consistent Reward decisions
Analysis of Reward trends, service data and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and emerging risks
Development and maintenance of knowledge assets, guidance materials, playbooks and self-service tools that enable global standardisation
Support for implementation of Reward transformation initiatives, continuous improvement and manager capability building

Requirements

Strong technical reward experience with understanding of reward frameworks and annual cycles
Service delivery and enablement mindset
Relationship building with stakeholders in multiple locations
Analytical and problem-solving capability
Ability to improve self-service and standardised ways of working
Proficient English language knowledge

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of one of these languages: Chinese, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Polish
