In the regional HR Service Center of Bosch in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) based in Vecsés, we are looking for our motivated and service-minded team members with a high result and customer-orientation.

In April 2021, we established the first regional HR Service Center of Bosch in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) based in Budapest. For this great opportunity, we are looking for our motivated and service-minded team members with a high customer-orientation.

Job Description

We are searching for an inspiring Group Lead to join our Hub. In this role, you will act as mentor and people manager for one or multiple teams. You will be responsible for implementing new guidelines and procedures into HRS and monitoring service levels, ensuring quality and efficiency.
 

Your tasks will be:

Develop HR services in a specific area of responsibility, leading the team professionally and autonomously.

  • Create a work environment that ensures ongoing optimization and standardization of HR processes.
  • Plan and manage the workforce within the team, assuming responsibility for internal team projects as well as for cross-functional projects.
  • Act as a contact person for HRBP and customers as well as being available for escalation topics with department managers in the respective business units serviced.
  • Prioritize tasks according to key performance indicators.
  • Monitor cost and time spent on regularly actions focusing on quality.
  • Support further development of associates.

Qualifications

Which requirements are important to us?

  • Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in e.g. Business, Economics, or any Human Resources related specialization.
  • Experience: You have 6 years of professional working experience in HR organizations, preferably HR Service, and 3 years in a leadership position. You also have deep working knowledge of HR processes (e.g. Workforce Administration, Compensation&Benefits etc.).
  • Personality: You are an inspiring and communicative leader. You have interpersonal, collaborative, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Working practice: You are structured, result oriented and have great organizational skills. You have the ability to solve problems in an analytical way. Good IT skills are beneficial. 
  • Languages: You are proficient in English (written and spoken). Other foreign languages are a plus.
