We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of 

 

 

Maintenance Services Transformation Program Manager

 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Accountable for coordination and project management of the transformation and efficiency programs of the Single Service Companies (SSCs) of MOL Group (Petrolszolg, SMaO, STSI,). Provide oversight and co-ordination of the relevant programs (e.g. SSC Efficiency Program) and their team members across all geographies and organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates the definition and preparation of SSCs annual and long term transformation plans, defines efficiency targets.
  • As per the defined targets, organize formalized and ad-hoc projects with matrix project teams, scope, timeline and benefits, manage the project lifecycle from idea to delivery.
  • Responsible for the project organization’s cross-functional/matrix people management, facilitates and supports work group leaders, professional and line managers and their cross-team co-operation and feedback their performance to maintenance senior management.
  • Ensure well-coordinated project operations, progress reports and drive issue log reviews with SSC CEOs and Business maintenance managers.
  • Maintain the weekly/bi-weekly & monthly rhythms, progress & challenges reporting (project progress, metrics progress, benefit progress).
  • Prepare decision making materials, analyses, work out business alternatives and proposals to enhance SSC’s efficiency improvement program.
  • Define standard operating procedures to increase standardized operations, prepares related group level SOPs, process charts and descriptions, regulations.
  • Consider scalability for other locations and domains. Establish longer term rollout roadmaps where applicable.
  • Facilitate Senior Leadership updates on Maintenance Efficiency Improvements. Ensure monthly written updates on time, organize regular meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of Business stakeholders and Local SSC management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • technical university / college degree 
  • 5+ yrs of professional experience in maintenance field
  • strong PM background
  • fluent English 
  • solid SAP PM, SM skills
