Responsibilities
- Enforce safety & health & 5S rules
- Define corrective, preventive and predictive maintenances, complex operations requiring the use of a wide field of expertise
- Decide, prioritize & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original state
- Could manage functionally a technician team to complete actions (Preventive maintenance, developments, etc.)
- Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines
- Maintain the PLC programs on production lines,
- Programming laser marking equipment,
- Manage & optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
- Organize the intervention of his team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production line
- He has a complementary expertise with Method engineers
- Data ownership: Ensure consistency and updating of the information system maintenance
- Be the Data-Owner of Maintenance Department managing all data (creation, update and deletion) to support the Quality Processes on the several used tools (SAP and any Domain/local tools).
- Can also be Key-User of the Maintenance Domain (PM)
Requirements
- Has relevant engineer degree
- 1-3 years of experience in engineering/ relevant field
- Comfortable in the majority of the following technical competencies:
- Automation programming: PLC, HMI, Vision systems
- Industrial communication (Ethernet, Serial link…)
- Assembly Technologies (Riveting, fastening, gluing, snaping, etc)
- Marking & Labelling
Nice-to-have
- Welding technology knowledge (mainly resistance welding)
- Automation programming: Robots,
- Automation programming: measurement...
- Fluent verbal/written in English
- ERP system
- MS Office

Scope:
Responsible the states of machines in technical point of view and ensure continuous production on the machines in his area. Responsible for corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of manufacturing equipment in own area. Tracking and managing the maintenance costs of the area. Give technical support and development of the technician team. Strong contributor in continuous improvements.
