• As an M&A Growwer, you will support the Head of M&A and his team in managing corporate transactions from early analysis through decision‑making to execution.. You will be involved in screening, data collection, financial analysis and in the corporate approvals processes while working on real-life domestic and international projects. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in M&A within a highly professional, multinational environment.
• You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, contributing to efficient and well-executed M&A transactions. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting deal-related challenges, assisting in the alignment of positions among various stakeholders, and in general supporting the project managers in overviewing the entire M&A process. This is a great opportunity to develop expertise in the field while being part of a highly specialized and collaborative team.

• Your Background: A fresh graduate with master’s degree in economics, finance, law or a technical field, with an analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
• Your Personality: Curious and eager to learn, confident and ready to take ownership, communicative, precise and proactive. Have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems. Enjoys working on complex, open-ended problems, and is motivated by a dynamic environment.
• Team Player:  A firm believer in teamwork and collaboration as the key to success.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
• Tech Savvy: Strong interest in M&A and finance, proficiency in Office365 tools.
