As a Business Unit Lead (Tribe Lead), you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the lending and credit risk domain, and in ensuring the successful delivery of related software development projects. We are looking for a leader who confidently combines business ownership, customer focus, and inspiring people management.
Responsibilities
- Full business ownership of a ~50-person unit, including revenue, costs, and profitability (P&L)
- Managing strategic banking client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Defining business objectives and development directions in cooperation with senior leadership
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the consulting team, including strong people management and succession planning
- Effective management of the project portfolio and resource allocation
- Identifying new business opportunities and providing professional support for proposals and negotiations
- Close collaboration with other business unit leaders and senior management to achieve strategic goals
- Guiding team leaders and defining priorities
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in software development, banking, or IT consulting environments
- Proven experience in managing complex, strategic client relationships
- Knowledge of banking operations – in particular, lending and credit risk management is a strong advantage
- Strong business mindset and experience with P&L responsibility
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Confident, professional command of English
