Legal Counsellor,

In this position the new colleague will be responsible for providing best in class legal support both on strategic and operational level.

If you would like to be involved in a dynamic team and enjoy the challenges of resolving interesting legal cases, be part of projects which can deliver innovative products and services, and would like to support the business with creating easy to understand legal framework for providing services to our customers, you’re are welcome to Yettel.

You will have the following responsibilities:

supporting strategic projects,
representing Yettel at authorities, courts and any third parties,
drafting and carrying out review of contracts and legally relevant documents,
creating, implementing and executing internal policies and procedures,
providing legal advice relating management decisions,
ensuring the legal compliance of business processes and product implementation,
making legal risk assessments and proposing as well as following up adequate risk mitigation actions,
providing high quality legal advice to various divisions of Yettel Hungary.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

a master’s degree in Law, passed the BAR exam and possesses at least 5 years of relevant experience as lawyer within the area of civil, telecommunication and commercial law,
works accurate, handles well temporary strong workload periods,
ability to work collaboratively with others,
awareness of legal and commercial risks and the ability to balance legal risks against business benefits,
is strong in English (including legal terminology) both verbal and written,
good communication and presentation skills,
professional attitude and appearance, flexibility,
strong MS Office skills,
a winning mindset.
experience in privacy in an advantage
LLM degree or other similar foreign experience is appreciated but is not a condition.
