The mission statement of the Group is: With empowerment we positively impact people and regenerate nature.The L'OCCITANE Group is a certified B CorpTM.CONTEXT & MISSION:The Learning & Development Project Manager is responsible for designing, deploying and leading Erborian’s Learning & Development strategy across the Export perimeter (approximately 30 countries).This role aims to train, engage and inspire local teams (distributors, Beauty Advisors, trainers and key partners) to fully embody Erborian’s unique DNA, its Korean heritage, and its strong commitment to self-esteem, empowering them to become true self-advocates of the brand and to create Brand Lovers both inside and outside the organization.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:1. L&D and Brand Education StrategyDefine and drive the Export L&D strategy in line with Erborian’s global visionTranslate Erborian’s brand DNA, Korean skincare expertise and values into impactful learning journeysDevelop innovative training tools to empower local teams and enable them to confidently advocate for the brandChallenge countries and advise on their yearly training & incentives strategy to boost coverage of BA's trained & sell out performance2. International Training DeploymentDesign and deliver training programs (in-person, digital and hybrid) for:Distributor teamsBeauty Advisors (BAs)Local trainersTrain markets on:Brand positioning and storytellingKorean DNA & skincare expertiseProduct launches and routinesErborian’s self-esteem commitmentCreate adaptable training tools to meet local market needs and maturity levelsInspire & involve countries during our annual seminar with duplicable and locally reusable formats3. Field Presence & Local ActivationTravel regularly across Export markets to:Conduct market visitsUnderstand local challenges and opportunitiesAdapt training content and methods accordinglyParticipate in or lead:Influencer eventsMasterclassesIn-store BA trainingsPhysical BA trainingsAct as a brand ambassador on the field to assess knowledge & create brand lovers4. Brand Love & Community BuildingBuild and nurture a strong Brand Love culture within local teams & internallyFoster emotional engagement and long-term advocacy for ErborianDevelop a community of Erborian ambassadors (inside & outside)Collaborate closely with Central team to keep on building around korean DNA & Self Esteem5. Performance & Continuous ImprovementMonitor training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback and ROISupport markets in their continuous skills developmentIdentify opportunities to improve content, formats and learning impactManage project timelines and budgets related to Export L&D initiativesHOW YOU CAN FIT:First experience of 2+ years in Learning & Development or Training, ideally within beauty, skincare or luxuryStrong experience in international environments and ability to manage a multi-country scopeSolid understanding of retail, field and in-store dynamicsFluent in English, French is a plus.
