Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Execute Corinthia Hotel Chain learning and development initiatives
  • Assist in the creation and coordination of training programs for various departments within the organization, including but not limited to Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Management
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them effectively
  • Organise employee engagement activities and internal social events
  • Handle internal communication and employer branding
  • Evaluate the success of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other metrics, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics, including booking venues and arranging materials
  • Act as first point of contact for our colleagues providing them effective information prior their first working day, during Orientation day and during trial period
  • Provide professional daily support to HR Manager
  • Support the end to end recruitment process (sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, onboarding) and other general HR tasks if needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred fields connected with Human Resources
  • Previous experience in a training or learning and development role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Is creative, imaginative and open for ideas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire others
  • Understands the impact of this role on the business
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Has minimum 1 year of experience in L&D (looking for mid-level)
  • Has advanced knowledge of English and Hungarian

We are seeking a passionate and a motivated Learning and Development Executive to join the Aquincum Hotel Budapest, part of Corinthia Hotels. As part of the HR team the L&D Executive is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and coordination of training and development programs for our employees.  Ensuring good employee relations and delivering high quality service in terms of Learning and Development.
