Responsibilities

The main responsibility will be to support the Learning & Development (L&D) team with the following tasks:

Keeping our Learning tools up to date
Supporting the team with training organizational tasks
Supporting the team in the procurement and invoicing process (system management and follow-up)
Handling study contracts, issuing contracts and follow-up/monitor
Assist the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

Ongoing university studies in Hungary (Preferably 1 year left with active student status)
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Fluent Hungarian, and upper-intermediate English language knowledge
Precision, reliability and pro-active personality
Tendency to pay close attention to details
