Job Description

Your role as LeanIX SUPPORT will be offering support and assistance to customer requests in the enterprise architecture management tool. It includes solving requests in accordance with procedures and work instructions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your main attributions and responsibilities are:

Offer 1st level support for Bosch users and/or Bosch business partners
Identify, analyze, solve and document the errors and requests reported by the users
Assure correctness and durability for the offered solutions
Participate in the improvement of the KPI of customer service
Support colleagues and prove team spirit
Create training material for the respective tool and support Technical Lead by creating needed documentation
Provide on demand support to Technical Lead coordinator
Moderate meetings, create and explain process documentation and act proactively with clients and the team
Able to take complete ownership for parts of the support process
Able to think outside of the box to come up with creative solutions to fulfill the customers requirements for their use-cases.

Qualifications

High school Diploma or Bachelor degree
1-3+ years of relevant work experience in problem analysis case resolution
Excellent written/speaking communication English (German is a plus)
Basic technical understanding of Enterprise Architecture methodology.
