Labelling Support Specialist (Maternity leave cover)

Job responsibilities

Good understanding of Microsoft Word formatting functionalities; technically skilled to quickly learn new system and efficiently operate; quality mindset to ensure correctness of results
Prepares documents for import, configures structured content in Docuvera and performs final verification of the output.
Coordinates with other teams and client PoCs as needed.
Ensures compliance with KPIs if and when applicable.
Ensures adherence to internal standards and processes.
Trains and mentors associates/new hires.
Associates to ensure training and compliance to applicable CTS and client ‘Quality Management System’.
Completes all mandatory training courses as applicable.
Only for certified trainers: training new team members to the process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences / pharmacy
Relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs / Pharmacovigilance Data Handling Knowledge of product life cycle management from regulatory perspective would be an added advantage
English (full working proficiency)
Experience with regulatory databases is an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize work
