Responsibilities

Do you thrive on solving complex customer issues?
Join us as a Level 2 Customer Service Representative!
We are looking for a proactive and experienced customer support professional to handle escalated cases and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Manage escalated customer cases via phone, chat, email
  • Take full ownership of customer issues from identification to resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and escalate cases when necessary
  • Provide technical support and product information (pre-sales & after-sales)
  • Assist with order processing and collect customer feedback
  • Support and coach frontline agents to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Deliver excellent customer experience in every interaction

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has strong written and spoken communication skills in Hungarian (C2) and English (B2 or higher)
  • Is a confident problem solver with a customer-first mindset
  • Can handle complex and technical issues effectively
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Highly customer focused

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience with a CRM tool

Working Hours:
  • Full-time position (40 hours/week)
  • Working schedule:
    • Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (shift-based schedule)
Start date:
  • Immediate start available: April 7th, 2026
Work Location:
  • On-site work: 4032 Debrecen, Vezér utca 39.
