Responsibilities

support to the network of field representatives in the preparation of final investment and commercial offers
support for sales activities in the regions
close cooperation with the design department and the customer service department
ensuring the highest quality of sales transactions
preparation of periodical reports and analyses
occasionally processing the orders, when is needed
act as the liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations
maintain organized records of contracts, warranties, and service agreements

Requirements

higher education
very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
Hungarian as a native speaker, English min.B2
welcome knowledge of English in order to be able to communicate with headquarters
ability to think analytically
systematic and meticulous in carrying out tasks
