Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of Downstream optimization? Join our team at MOL Group and embark on an exciting journey where you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our operations. As a recent graduate, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by applying cutting-edge industry software to optimize our entire Downstream process.

Imagine yourself exploring the intricate balance between refining, petrochemicals, commercial activities, and logistics, all while striving for the most efficient and economical operations possible. Your tasks will include:

Participating in Downstream optimization across the entire Mol Group.
Learn and drive Danube Refinery operation, harmonize production unit operations.
Applying state-of-the-art industry software to analyze and improve processes.
Exploring the most economical operation of the entire Downstream, harmonizing refining, petrochemical, commercial, and logistics activities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

Your Background: A fresh graduate, ideally have your bachelor’s or master's degree in chemical engineering, mathematics or any other engineering/ economics-related field.
Your Personality: Curious, proactive, creative, logical thinking and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems
Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong and a willingness to work in an international environment.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; Slovakian or Croatian language knowledge is an advantage
Tech Savvy: Advanced computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
Mobility: Willingness to travel between Budapest and Százhalombatta
