What you'll do: Lead APQP and serial customer quality activities, ensure product and process quality, manage customer requirements, support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support APQP activities for new products and engineering changes
  • Maintain APQP documentation (Control Plan, PPAP)
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Suppliers
  • Implement customer specific requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and preventive actions in manufacturing processes
  • Support capability studies, MSA, and validation
  • Manage PPAP submissions
  • Participate in design and reviews
  • Monitor project timelines
  • Drive quality and process improvement
  • Manage customer claims and corrective actions
  • Track and analyze quality and customer KPIs
  • Improve customer satisfaction through structured actions
  • Being leader part of manufacturing support team in daily accountability meetings
  • Steer and measure cost of non conformity reduction projects in quality tools (for ex.: PDCA, DMAIC, A3, 8D…)
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or similar)
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC   


Skills:

  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally
  • Clear communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality tools
  • Good collaboration skills with production roles

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027.
