  • You will facilitate the internal decision-making process (Stage Gate – the international best practice process for capital decision making), and contribute to the continuous review and improvement of this process in order to streamline the decision making;

  • You will coordinate between various stakeholder groups to ensure project delivery;

  • You will support senior management in decision making and ensure constant dialogue with relevant senior stakeholders;

  • You will support project managers in the preparation of investment related proposals and by ensuring timely budget approvals;

  • You will track the CAPEX spending of the project portfolio, participate in the preparation of CAPEX-reports for management;

  • You will facilitate the Business Planning process of investment projects.

Educational Background: You have a University or College degree (at least B.Sc.) in Economics, Finance, Organization & Management or Petroleum engineering.

Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical - at least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment in business, economics, finance related roles - including internship roles as well.

 

Skills & Attitude:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 preferred).

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Self-starter, proactive attitude.

  • Structured way of thinking and good problem-solving skills - strong critical thinking.

  • Ability to manage tasks autonomously.

  • Confident MS Excel and PPT skills.

 

Advantages: Experience in project management and / or energy sector is a distinct advantage.
