Junior HR IT Improvement Specialist

We have big plans- do you want to join us?

We have established a new unit within GBS HR, Operational Excellence and Analytics. The aim for the unit is to deliver on ambitious improvements targets through standardization and scale and utilizing digitalization opportunities. The team help GBS HR to prioritize initiatives, strengthen user-experience and cross HUB deliveries and be an internal advisor on core capabilities within HR IT systems, project management, change management, people analytics and business systems.

 

This role supports projects to standardize and optimize processes globally, support process improvements and follow-up on global projects with high focus on digitalization and IT. The role will also support the team in management of our solution for case management handling (ServiceNow) and phone systems, help and drive digitalization possibilities through developing business case and change requests where needed etc.

We offer an exciting opportunity to:

  • Support Process Improvement to standardize and optimize processes across HR Hubs
  • Lead and coordinate global projects
  • Be updated and identify digital opportunities within HR through use of e.g. SuccessFactors and other HR tools
  • Support identification and implementation of use of AI for GBS HR
  • Support GBS Process Leads, e.g. facilitate Improvement events to present ideas and create improvements and solutions
  • GBS HR management support (facilitate internal meetings and workshops)​
  • Leverage best practices gained through improvement activities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the HR digital strategy as well as to identify technology needs and opportunities 
  • Follow up and ensure that we have an optimal solution in ServiceNow for HR, including maintaining of roles, forms and knowledge forms
  • Coordinate and ensure that the GBS HR SLA are updated and maintained

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT, project management, process improvements or a comparable role
  • Relevant MSc or equivalent degree. Relevant experience can make up for formal education. 
  • Interest in working with HR and building processes
  • Good understanding of digitalization and how technology can help process improvements
  • Interest in AI and how new technology can be utilized to drive process improvements
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • International experience, personal or professional is preferred 
  • Experience with Shared Services and/or Business Systems is desirable
  • Change management/project management experience
  • Knowledge of EU data privacy legislation is an asset
  • Good business understanding and ability to communicate efficiently with customers and stakeholders
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work well in teams with diverse background
  • Strong performance drive combined with a global mindset and a high customer and service orientation
  • You are engaged and independent, with the ability to prioritize your own time and activities effectively
