Junior HR Generalist
Task:
- Active participation in the recruitment processes
- Participation in the implementation of the new HR software
- Writing job descriptions for employees
- Preparation and analyses of reports
- Translation of HR related materials both in English and Hungarian
- Management of internship program
- Organization of various employee training programs
Expectation:
- Conversational English language skills - both written and spoken
- University degree in a relevant field
- Advanced skills in Excel and PPT
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and in a precise manner
Other:
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field is an advantage
