Responsibilities

Ticket administration
Taking and managing calls in the Service Desk
Providing User Support (On-Site, Remote)
Providing client-side support activities
Managing inventory and related administrative tasks
Administration of PBXs
Support Mobile Devices (Smartphone)
Participation in projects
Participation in testing
Preparing documentations

Requirements

Minimum requirement to have completed a professional qualification
Knowledge of Microsoft Client-Side Software (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and 8.1, Windows 10, MS Office Applications)
Experience in PC service
Understanding printer infrastructures

Nice-to-have

ITIL knowledge, MS SCCM knowledge, Experience in Enterprise IT environment
