About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior BI Developer who enjoys turning questions into clear visuals and reliable numbers. You’ll build Power BI dashboards on top of our data lake (SQL, Databricks), support operational analytics for MOHU’s Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) network, and help business users make better, faster decisions.

• Deliver reporting that matters – handle internal requests for reports, dashboards, and data extracts.

• Build with Power BI – design and maintain dashboards using data lake sources (SQL, Databricks).

• Translate needs into visuals – turn business requirements into clean, comprehensible reports.

• Guard data quality – run validations and document logic so results are trusted and repeatable.

• Improve RVM performance – monitor downtime/availability trends, highlight root causes (technical, operational, logistics), and surface actions.

• Guide operations – create KPIs and views for capacity optimization, collection planning, routing, and overall network performance.

• Experience building Power BI reports/dashboards and using Power Query for transformations.

• Working knowledge of SQL or Python and core data analysis concepts.

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• Interest in operational analytics, performance tracking, and data‑driven decision making.

• Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn—this role is designed for early‑career BI talent.

• Exposure to Databricks, Azure Data Lake, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with agile ways of working (scrum, Kanban) and product‑driven environments.

• Learn modern ways of working and BI best practices, end‑to‑end.

• Get hands‑on with real operational datasets that influence day‑to‑day decisions.

• Collaborate with BI Developers, Data Engineers, and Product Teams across MOL Retail.

• Build a portfolio of dashboards and analytics that clearly show measurable impact.
