We are looking for a Italian-Speaking Technical Support Analyst to join our business partner's growing team. In this role, you will not just be a voice on the phone; you will be a vital part of the team, using your passion for technology and great communication skills to deliver a top-tier support experience.

What You Will Do

- Be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, providing remote technical support.
- Dive into complex issues, diagnosing and resolving them with confidence.
- Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing insights and working together to solve customer challenges.

Location and Working hours
This position is onsite and multilocational, so either you can work in Debrecen or Budapest, depends on where you live.

Our location in Debrecen: 4032 Debrecen, Vezér street 39.
Our location in Budapest: 1132 Budapest, Váci street 22-24,
Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break)
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

Who You Are:

- You are fluent in both Italian (C1) and English (B2).
- You have a genuine passion for technical problem-solving
- You are an exceptional communicator who can explain complex concepts simply and clearly
