Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include as an Italian Speaking Order Management Representative:
- Manage the full Order to Cash process: order entry, invoicing, payments, and returns
- Handle internal and external requests
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain orders and customer data in SAP, daily communication with clients and internal teams
- Analyze issues, provide solutions, and support process improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports
Requirements
What makes you the ideal candidate:
- Fluent English and Italian
- Strong MS Office skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or finance
- Experience with SAP
