Responsibilities

You are not satisfied with merely achieving 100% SLA fulfillment, 5/5 CSAT scores, and perfect NPS, and you understand customer success as a continuous journey with evolving goals
You have the technical proficiency and entrepreneurial spirit to challenge the status quo and demonstrate that Germany can deliver outstanding service
You can effectively bridge the gap between technical and business teams, understanding their unique cultures and objectives
You recognize that fostering greater digital sovereignty in and for Europe goes beyond merely setting up and managing servers
You prioritize the progress and professional development of your team members, as well as the sustainable success of our partners and customers, viewing the growth and success of both internal and external stakeholders as your primary intrinsic motivator

Requirements

You have a minimum of 3 years of uninterrupted leadership experience in teams of more than 5 individuals within a relevant environment
You are located in Berlin, with proximity to Ostkreuz considered a plus
You have an excellent command of both English and German
You are familiar with daily use of AI tools, not just for spellchecking emails
You have the willingness and ability to pass the Sicherheitsüberprüfung 2 (SÜ2)
