What binds us together is our passion for excellence, our dedication to our mission of improving patient care, and our understanding that we are stronger together: we are one AO.For more information, visit: /IT Support Specialist,% (ID 1922)Short DescriptionWe have two vacancies and we are open to take into consideration junior and senior profiles.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure first-level support for users via phone, email, and on-site for software and hardware issues.Install and set up hardware for end-users.Document and track all support requests in our ticketing system.Maintain and update user documentation and the knowledge base.Provide support for internal training courses and events.Collaborate on internal IT projects as needed.Support our offices in Davos, Zizers and Zurich.Main RequirementsMinimumyears of experience in a technical support role in IT.Diploma in ITStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, M365 E5, and iOS/MacOS.User-oriented and service-minded approach.Experience with Atlassian Tools is a plusStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in English. German nice to have.The role is located in Davos.
