Main responsibilities, tasks:

First point of contact for clients, providing Level 1 IT support.
Handle requests via email, phone, and ticketing system.
Take ownership of cases until resolution and ensure client satisfaction.

Required skills:

Fluent in written and spoken German, and at least upper-intermediate English.
Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
Willing to learn; full training provided (no prior IT experience needed).
Flexible to work different shifts.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
