Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems
- Set up new user accounts and profiles, and deliver orientation and training on IT systems
- Manage network connectivity (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to prevent downtime
- Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including proper disposal of outdated equipment
- Document IT support requests, resolutions, and related information
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT security measures (backups, antivirus, firewalls)
- Provide occasional after-hours technical support (Payed as overtime)
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and peripherals
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities in Hungarian and English languages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems and MS Office
- Experience working in ticketing systems
