IT Specialist - SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365

Join the IT team at Dr. August Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG, where we deliver cutting-edge solutions to our 40 international subsidiaries. Collaborating with colleagues from 30 different countries, you'll play a key role in driving digitalization at Dr. Oetker, fostering new business models through innovative technologies.

We are seeking a dedicated IT Specialist with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint Online to join our global IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and further developing our SharePoint Online environment and providing second-level support to ensure a seamless user experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrate, manage and optimize our global SharePoint Online environment and related services
Provide second-level support for incoming incidents and support requests in accordance with defined SLAs and KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SharePoint functionalities and to ensure a performant, stable and secured system environment
Conduct workshops and training sessions and create communication materials supporting these sessions or upcoming changes
Finalize the migration process of SharePoint on Prem to SharePoint Online and contribute to international projects
Analyze internal Business requirements and develop solutions close to the standard
Advise departments on the use of SharePoint Online and its use cases

WHAT YOU BRING

A degree in (business) Computer Science or Economics with IT-related qualifications or equivalent qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience and proven track record of managing SharePoint Online environments
Experience in the design and implementation of solutions based on SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate
Proficiency in Windows and PnP PowerShell, as well as SPFx
Analytical and creative skills to understand user problems and optimize associated processes
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both written and spoken
A strong team-player attitude, a solution-oriented approach, and high self-motivation
