Feladatok
We are looking for a proactive IT Specialist to join our international IT Helpdesk Opening Team, supporting the opening of new retail stores across the LPP Group.
In this role, you will play a key part in the IT setup and support of new store openings, ensuring that all hardware, software, and connectivity are installed and functioning properly. You will work closely with international colleagues, store opening coordinators, and external IT partners to ensure smooth and efficient launches.
The team currently consists of around 20 IT specialists from 10 different countries, working together to support store openings across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT installations and support across multiple store locations during openings and other key events.
Actively participate in all stages of store opening and closing processes from an IT perspective.
Coordinate hardware orders, deliveries, and installations for new stores.
Manage the setup of internet connections and cooperate with ISP providers.
Work closely with store opening coordinators and the international IT Opening Team.
Support Service Desk operations, including:
handling incidents and service requests
limited remote IT support for LPP Group countries
Install and configure Windows-based systems, applications, and predefined computer images.
Manage hardware repairs and warranty processes.
Provide basic hardware troubleshooting and break-fix services.
Prepare user manuals, documentation, and training materials when required.
Escalate technical or operational issues when necessary to ensure service delivery targets are met.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of IT experience
Strong interest in IT solutions and technical problem solving
Experience working with IT vendors or external partners
Good customer service mindset
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment
Basic understanding of retail business operations
Driving license is required
Willingness to travel for domestic and international business trips
Technical Skills
Windows 10 / Windows 11 configuration
Hardware setup and troubleshooting
Basic network knowledge (LAN, WAN, VPN)
Active Directory experience
Microsoft 365 / O365 (user level)
Android devices support
Experience with SCCM
Jira / Confluence (user level)
