Responsibilities

Learning from senior and medior developers through mentoring and structured knowledge-sharing
Supporting daily development with simpler workflows, forms, and minor software updates including implementation and documentation
Assisting with testing, bug tracking, and improving the overall quality of business applications
Participating in cross-functional projects with gradually increasing responsibility
Spreading critical knowledge within the team to reduce dependency on any single individual

Requirements

Pursuing studies in Engineering or IT available at least until January 2028
Ability to work 25–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling around academic commitments
Proficiency in English both spoken and written
Skill in MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and organization
Analytical thinking with attention to detail
Team orientation with strong communication skills
