Responsibilities

Delivering engaging sessions to groups of students
Providing mentorship and guidance to learners
Designing and developing new IT courses from concept to completion, collaborating with technical experts
Analyzing and aligning course content with skill requirements and candidate needs
Creating comprehensive educational materials, including theoretical content, practical exercises, tests, and case studies
Integrating modern educational technologies and gamification strategies into corporate training
Contributing to the continuous improvement of NIX’s educational programs
Supporting and advising fellow instructors on training methodologies

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Computer Science
Expertise in one or more of the following: Java, C#/.NET, Linux/DevOps, Automation QA
Proficient in English (B2+), with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills for managing extensive educational content
Proactive and analytical approach to planning and completing tasks
Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Nice-to-have

At least one year of relevant professional experience
Experience as a mentor or technical expert in an IT company, university, or vocational school
