Leading and executing IT projects, solutions from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, on-time delivery, and optimal resource use. As an IT expert, the Project Leader also provides technical guidance, support, ensures best practices, and addresses challenges swiftly, serving as a key advisor to stakeholders. Ultimately, the mission is to drive a stable IT environment and efficiency, delivering impactful solutions that enhance business operations.

Mi vár rád, ha csatlakozol hozzánk?

Own POS software specifications, development, and retail implementations; ensure stable operation and system integrations
Provide L3–L4 expert support for POS solutions; enable knowledge sharing and deliver regular status reports
Lead implementation and integration of new IT systems; coordinate cross-functional teams for compatibility and performance
Act as technical advisor on architecture, infrastructure, and application development; evaluate and recommend new technologies
Manage IT projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business goals
Maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation and knowledge base
Collaborate with international IT teams and local stakeholders
Ensure data security and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIS)

Experience in systems engineering (hardware and software environments)
Database management skills (SQL, MySQL, or similar)
Good knowledge of IT security concepts (firewalls, intrusion detection, NIS)
English proficiency at B2 level (confident understanding of complex topics and clear communication)
Fluent Hungarian language skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business related field.
Relevant job experience min. 3-5 years.
Good technical skills, including knowledge of networking, server administration, and desktop support.
Experience with common IT systems and software (e.g., Google, Windows, Linux).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in a retail or international business environment is a plus.
