WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:

Providing the IT operational services of MOL IT and Digital GBS Hungary Kft (subsidiary of MOLgroup). In accordance with the provisions of the IT Strategy, in the quality and in accordance with the conditions undertaken in the IT Services Catalogue in the field of applications belonging to the Retail business.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR DAILY TASK:

You will:

• provide an operation support for Retail/Card specific applications, handling and resolving the related incidents, problems, and fulfilling the service request.
• have a chance to participate in system development projects and contributes to the implementation of System Improvement Request changes.
• also participate in the operation process standardisation, lifecycle management
• take part in consolidation of supported applications contributes to the replacement, deactivation of outdated applications.
